Make sure to only turn it in at the Brill graveyard, as completing it at other locations will lock you out of learning the passive. (Troll): This quest can be accepted in the War Quarter in Undercity and will require you to slay shadethicket elementals in Ashenvale and then travel to Tirisfal Glades in the follow-up quest. (Undead): This quest can be accepted in the War Quarter in Undercity and will require you to slay humans in Hillsbrad Foothills and then travel to Echo Isles in the follow-up quest. (Night Elf): This quest can be accepted in the Temple of the Moon in Darnassus and will require you to slay undead in Ashenvale and then travel to Stormwind in the follow-up quest. (Dwarf and Human): This quest can be accepted in the Park in Stormwind and will require you to slay wolves in Duskwood and then travel to Auberdine in the follow-up quest. This allows you to get two Meditation buffs on your own, so that you can learn the higher level runes without the help of another player. When you hit level 17, you can complete a short quest chain that will reward you with the ability to meditate at the places of worship of another allied race. This is required for the second half of the runes available in phase one. As long as they have Meditations active, they'll share those versions with you, bringing you up to at least two buffs at once. The easiest way to get a second Meditation buff of is to /kneel in front of a Priest with a buff of a different faith and have them /pray while targeting you. ![]() (Troll): Loa Altars, such as the one in Sen'Jin Village, the one at the Crossroads in The Barrens, the one in Ashenvale at Zoram'gar Outpost, and the one in Alterac Mountains near Ravenholdt Manor. (Dwarf and Human): Holy places such as Northshire Abbey, the stairs to the altar of the Stormwind Cathedral, and the Altars of Light in Anvilmar, Loch Modan, and the Mystic Ward in Ironforge. You can get your first Meditation buff by going to one of the locations listed below, but initially, you can only make use of the ones that match the faith of your character's race. These buffs are 240m long, persist through death and can be obtained by meditating (/kneel) in the right place of worship.
